How do I set up a complimentary consultation?
The best way to book a consultation is to send an inquiry through the website or send a text message. There will be a $25 holding fee for the appointment. If you choose to cancel the consultation within 24 hours of the appointment, or not move forward with the service after your consultation, the fee will be refunded. If you choose to move forward with a service, the fee will be applied to your service. If you cancel after the 24-hour timeframe, or no-show for your appointment, you will lose the holding fee.
Virtual consultations via FaceTime or Zoom can be arranged for an informational session, but a follow-up consultation in person may be necessary for an exact quote and color match.
Cancellations, Rescheduling, Tardiness & Early Arrivals
Life happens! If you're unable to make your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible.
Service appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a $50 rebooking fee.
Service appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% service charge plus a $50 rebooking fee.
I typically don’t schedule breaks between appointments, so if you're running more than 7 minutes late, please reach out ahead of time to see if I can still accommodate you. Excessive tardiness may require rescheduling, and applicable charges may apply.
If you arrive more than 7 minutes early, please text before coming in. If I don’t respond, I’m likely still with another client, walking my pups, or grabbing a quick bite.

Hair Deposits
To secure your service appointment that requires new hair, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of total service fee will be required at least 4 business days prior to appointment date.
Refunds
All details including color, length, pricing, install, maintenance, and removal will be discussed and agreed upon during your consultation. In addition, you will receive a recap of what was covered at your appointment via text or email. This is to ensure that you are aware of and comfortable with everything before moving forward with your service, as I do not offer refunds.
Hours of Operation
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 9am-7pm (latest appointment starting at 6pm)
Friday 9am-2pm (latest appointment starting at 1pm)
After-hours + Off-schedule appointments
Appointments outside of regular hours — including before 8am, after 7pm, or on Wednesdays or Saturdays — are available on a limited basis and are subject to a 50% upcharge.
Service Appointment Prep
For any new application (fusion, tape, i-tip, weft), a weft maintenance, or weft reapplication, please arrive with clean, dry, straight hair. Shampoo with a clarifying shampoo the day of your service, and avoid using conditioners, masks, or any styling products near the root before your appointment. If you are unable to come in with prepped hair, please add a shampoo + blow dry to your appointment.
For i-tip or tape reapplication, please arrive with clean, dry, straight hair. Feel free to use conditioner and styling products. After your extension removal, your natural hair will be shampooed as part of your reapplication, but your extensions will not be. If you wish for your extensions to be cleaned during your appointment, please book a shampoo + blow dry for your extensions with your appointment.
For keratin fusion removal + reapplication (same day), please arrive with dry hair. No special prep is required. Your hair will be shampooed and blow-dried during your appointment before installing your new set.
For all removals without reapplication, please arrive with dry hair. No special prep is required. Removals do not include a shampoo + blow dry.
